We only select beans where the flavor shines because of the care taken from farmer
to barista, from seed to cup. We combine the latest in roasting technology with the
art of understanding the essence of the bean, and we micro-roast our coffee in
small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

All of our full leaf teas our sourced directly from countries such as Taiwan, Japan,
and China. We take special care in our tea selection and seek to bring the best
that each region has to offer.
